Fresh Family connects you with local restaurants and kitchens. We do our best to ensure quality, but we are not responsible for the food’s preparation, taste, or hygiene — that’s on the restaurant.

We try to deliver your food within the estimated time, but sometimes delays can happen due to traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Please provide a correct and accessible delivery address to avoid delays.

Refunds are given only at our discretion in cases such as wrong orders or issues reported within 24 hours.

We are not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of our Services.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
We are not liable for any problems caused by third-party restaurants or delivery partners.
By using Fresh Family, you agree to protect and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Bongaigaon, Assam.
